Floor: Cath LabTrauma Level:3Position Information: Facility Department/Cost Center: 704 Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN Specialty: Cath Lab Number of Openings: 1 Shift: Days Weekly Guaranteed Hours:40 Weekend Hours: Call Requirements: yes, discuss with director (12 days a month minimum.) Required Certifications: ACLS, PALS Years of Experience: 2yrs Float Requirements: They do help in the holding room (pre-op) area Additional Notes:Unit Information: Number of Beds: 5-6 Patient Ratios:1:1 Equipment: vitals signs, airway, IV pumps normal patient care equipment EHR: Meditech Supervisor: Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc. : Bridget Davis, all ages
