Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Illinois state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience providing care in home health settings preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy or contract experience preferred.
- Experience with documentation systems used in home health preferred.
