Childcare Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Wallingford. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. Also, assistance with potty training. There is always a parent present. We mainly need our daughter to follow a structured potty training routine and being consistent. It is tough for us to be consistent and to find a good structure so we are asking for assistance. The goal is to hopefully have our daughter successfully go on her own. We are willing to do anything to help with this, including purchasing things such as candy, points system board, etc.
