Student Aide Starting at $17.50/hour (based on experience)
Expected Hours: 25–27.5 hours per week

Schedule:
Morning Shift
Most routes start between 6:00 AM – 7:30 AM
Most routes conclude between 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Midday Break (Unpaid / Off the Clock)
Enjoy several hours free during the day while students are in school
Afternoon Shift
Most routes start between 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Routes typically conclude by 5:00 PM
Experience & Qualifications:
Local candidates preferred — must reside within 20 minutes of Downingtown, PA
No experience necessary
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be proficient in English and able to read and speak English fluently
Must have a valid Pennsylvania driver's license or Pennsylvania state ID
Must have a clean driving record (if applicable)
Experience working with children preferred, but not required
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Clean criminal background required
