Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 1–2 years of Medical Surgical and/or ICU experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-acuity environment.
• Prior experience in EICU, step-down, or critical care units.
• ICU or critical care certification (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
• Provide care for patients with medical, post-operative, and critical conditions.
• Respond promptly to patient deterioration and emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams on care plans.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and hospital protocols.
