Veterinary Receptionist Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our animal care team. Full time or part time welcome. In this administrative role, you will check-in our animal patients, update their records and owner information, schedule appointments, process payments, and keep a clean and welcoming front office, and help maintain exam room cleanliness. You may also be asked to help prepare prescriptions or provide home-care instructions to pet owners. Excellent customer service and computer skills are required.

Veterinary Receptionist Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
• Experience with ezyVet/Vet Radar a plus
• Customer service skills
• Basic math skills and computer literacy
• Comfortable working with animals
