General Manager for seafood concept

We're seeking a candidate to join us as our General Manager at a popular seafood restaurant in the Denver area! This role requires strong wine expertise and previous experience in a similar role.

General Manager Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Oversee operations of the restaurant, maintaining a collaborative environment between FOH and BOH staff
• Ensure total guest satisfaction while increasing sales, profits, and brand awareness through excellent execution of operational standards and guidelines.
• Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage, and labor costs.

General Manager Skills/Qualifications:

• Assertive leadership with entrepreneurial spirit
• 3-4 years of restaurant leadership experience
• Wine and seafood expertise
• Genuine enthusiasm and warmth towards the guest and attitude of Service. Is self-motivated and competitive.
• Can conduct a variety of administrative duties that maximize the efficiency, productivity, and organization of the restaurant and team.
• Has the ability to supervise, coach, develop, lead & motivate employees.
• Can establish, maintain and enforce consistently high standards.
• Is capable of adapting his/her leadership style to a variety of situations and scenarios.
