We are seeking a polished, organized, and ambitious Showroom Coordinator to join our high-end plumbing and hardware showroom. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in luxury sales, interior products, construction, or client relationship management.
Our showroom works with, designers, architects, and builders on luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to grow within a dynamic and design-focused environment.

What You’ll Do
Client Experience & Front Desk Operations
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, designers, and builders visiting the showroom
- Create a welcoming and professional client experience
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Coordinate appointments and assist with client inquiries
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the showroom
Sales & Showroom Support
- Support the sales team with order processing, product information, and customer follow-up
- Assist with quotes, order tracking, and project coordination
- Help ensure a seamless experience from initial inquiry through delivery
- Learn luxury plumbing and hardware product lines and industry terminology
Operations & Administrative Support
- Process payments, returns, credits, and releases accurately
- Receive and send UPS shipments and maintain organized records
- Assist with inventory updates and administrative projects
- Stay proactive in anticipating showroom and team needs
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and appearance suitable for a luxury showroom environment
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email platforms, and basic business software
- Interest in luxury products, interior design, construction, architecture, or sales is a plus
