Hours: 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Receiving Clerk to support daily receiving, inventory, and material handling operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring accuracy while following quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
• Inspect materials for damage and ensure accuracy of quantities and specifications
• Put away materials and maintain accurate inventory records
• Pull and stage materials for production or internal use as needed
• Read work orders and blueprints to verify product specifications
• Inspect materials using measuring tools such as tape measures and micrometers
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and banding equipment (training provided)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow company quality and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and write English
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals
• Experience using measuring tools preferred
• Must know how to read a tape measure
• Ability to pass forklift and overhead crane training

Preferred Experience:

• Forklift and overhead crane operation
• Experience with systems such as SAP, Kasto, or UPS
• Banding equipment and general material handling experience
