Wastewater Superintendent (Treatment Plant Construction)
Location: Orlando, FL
Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 DOE + Performance Bonus

Are you a proven Water/Wastewater Construction Superintendent who thrives in the field and enjoys seeing complex projects come to life?
We're seeking a hands-on leader to oversee treatment plant construction projects from pre-construction planning through final completion. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead field operations on water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects
- Manage projects ranging from approximately $10M-$20M+
- Participate in estimating, bidding, procurement, and project planning activities
- Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Monitor project budgets, productivity, quality, and safety performance
- Collaborate with owners, engineers, project managers, and internal teams
- Identify and resolve field challenges before they impact project timelines
- Mentor, develop, and lead field personnel
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company standards, and project specifications
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction
- 5+ years of experience in a Superintendent, General Superintendent, or similar leadership role
- Strong background in bidding, estimating, procurement, and project execution
- Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and crews simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
Preferred Qualifications
- Master Electrician License
- Experience with municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of treatment plant mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process systems
