Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 DOE + Performance Bonus

Are you a proven Water/Wastewater Construction Superintendent who thrives in the field and enjoys seeing complex projects come to life?

We're seeking a hands-on leader to oversee treatment plant construction projects from pre-construction planning through final completion. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead field operations on water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects
• Manage projects ranging from approximately $10M-$20M+
• Participate in estimating, bidding, procurement, and project planning activities
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Monitor project budgets, productivity, quality, and safety performance
• Collaborate with owners, engineers, project managers, and internal teams
• Identify and resolve field challenges before they impact project timelines
• Mentor, develop, and lead field personnel
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company standards, and project specifications

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction
• 5+ years of experience in a Superintendent, General Superintendent, or similar leadership role
• Strong background in bidding, estimating, procurement, and project execution
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and crews simultaneously
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget

Preferred Qualifications

• Master Electrician License
• Experience with municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of treatment plant mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process systems
