Position Overview

360 Heating & Cooling LLC is seeking a dependable, motivated Shop Helper & Office Custodial Support team member to assist with daily shop operations, jobsite support, and facility upkeep.

This is not just a support role. Our goal is to develop and promote this position into a Shop Supervisor/Manager role, where the right candidate will take full ownership of shop operations, organization, and efficiency.

This position is ideal for a self-starter who can work independently, take initiative, and grow within a fast-paced mechanical contracting environment.

Key Responsibilities

Shop & Job Support

• Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to active job sites
• Pick up materials and parts from supply houses and vendors
• Assist technicians and installers with loading/unloading materials
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the shop and storage areas
• Stage materials and equipment for upcoming jobs

Inventory & Equipment Management

• Track company tools and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory levels
• Report missing, damaged, or low-stock items
• Organize and maintain tool storage systems

Facility & Custodial Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional shop and office environment at all times
• Take out garbage and manage waste disposal
• Clean and restock restrooms weekly (or as needed)
• Clean floors, work areas, and common spaces
• Ensure shop, office, and yard areas remain presentable

Work Expectations

• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Take initiative and identify tasks that need to be completed
• Maintain a high level of organization and accountability
• Represent the company with professionalism at all times

Work Conditions

• Ability to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs)
• Work in varying weather conditions and temperatures
• Combination of indoor and outdoor work environments
• Physically active, hands-on role

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Ability to follow direction and also take initiative independently
• Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
