Job Description
A premier high-volume live entertainment and dining destination is seeking an experienced FOH Manager / Floor Manager to oversee front-of-house operations across a busy two-level venue serving approximately 90,000 guests annually. This established hospitality business combines live music, dining, bars, and private events, creating a dynamic and fast-paced guest experience.
This search for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives on guest interaction, team development, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is highly visible on the floor, actively engages with guests, supports staff, and leads by example during service.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Floor Leadership
- Lead front-of-house operations across both venue floors during service
- Maintain a strong floor presence by actively engaging with guests and ensuring satisfaction
- Touch tables regularly, resolve guest concerns, and create memorable experiences
- Drive a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and service excellence
Team Management
- Manage and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, runners, and support staff
- Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable to performance standards
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and daily shift execution
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Operations & Events
- Ensure smooth execution of high-volume restaurant and entertainment service
- Support private events, banquets, weddings, and special functions
- Monitor service standards, cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with leadership to drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and team performance
Qualifications
- Proven FOH management experience in a high-volume restaurant, entertainment venue, hospitality group, or event-driven concept
- Experience in venues generating approximately $8M+ annual revenue preferred
- Strong guest-facing leadership with a hands-on management style
- Private event, banquet, or wedding experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Local Cleveland-area candidates strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 total annual earnings (base salary plus bonus)
