We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team in Portsmouth. We run a high-volume, professional kitchen, and we need a leader who stays calm under pressure. You will work closely with our Chef de Cuisine to manage daily operations, lead the crew, and make sure every dish meets our standards.

Professional Qualifications
- 3+ years in a senior leadership role within a high-volume, scratch kitchen (Annual revenue >$5M preferred).
- Ability to interpret kitchen metrics and implement corrective actions for COGS or labor variances.
- A leadership style defined by composure, clear communication, and a focus on team-wide accountability.
