General Manager - Fast Casual Counter Service
Location: Leominster, MA
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 annually plus bonus of $10K to $15K a year
Job Type: Full-Time (Open Availability: Days, Nights, Weekends)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability
- Lead, coach, and develop a management team (3–5 leaders) and a staff of 25–30 team members
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory
- Ensure exceptional customer service and build strong guest relationships
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Foster a positive, energetic, and team-focused work environment
- Work a combination of opening and closing shifts

Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18
- High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
- 2–3 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- 2–3 years of food service experience
- ServSafe Certification preferred
- Strong professional references
