Job Description

Job Description
Kesma Flame Lily LLC is a trauma-informed, culturally responsive mental health practice based in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. Founded by Petronellah Bensen, our organization is deeply committed to anti-racism, anti-oppression, and the empowerment of marginalized communities—especially Black women. Our services include individual and group therapy, case management, Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS), and Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI).

About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to support our growing organization by providing high-quality, trauma-informed clinical services to individuals and families in community-based and outpatient settings. This role focuses on delivering psychotherapy and clinical interventions to clients, including services provided in clients’ homes, community settings, and/or via telehealth, depending on program needs and client preferences.

The Licensed Therapist is responsible for conducting clinical assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that support client stabilization, recovery, and long-term wellness. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, community-oriented environment and skilled in adapting clinical interventions to meet clients where they are—both emotionally and physically.
