What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and motivate front-of-house and service teams to deliver exceptional hospitality.
  • Coach, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive culture.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.

Guest Experience

  • Ensure every guest receives outstanding service and a memorable dining experience.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with guests and promote a hospitality-first culture.
  • Monitor dining room operations to maintain service excellence.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service execution.
  • Maintain company standards for cleanliness, safety, and food quality.
  • Support inventory management, labor controls, and cost management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with culinary and management teams to achieve operational goals.

Financial Performance

  • Assist in managing labor costs and operational expenses.
  • Support sales-building initiatives and restaurant profitability goals.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Previous restaurant management experience required.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Experience working in high-volume, full-service restaurant environments.
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with upscale casual, farm-to-table, or chef-driven concepts.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive positive results.
