Construction Superintendent

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Production Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our bathroom remodeling projects. This role is the "engine" of our production department—you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing field crews, ensuring quality control, and driving projects to successful completion on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Coordinate and manage all phases of bathroom remodeling projects from initial hand-off to final walkthrough.

• Scheduling & Logistics: Manage installation schedules, subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspections to ensure a seamless workflow.

• Quality Control: Conduct regular jobsite visits to supervise field crews and installers, ensuring all work meets our high standards of "Expert Workmanship."

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety standards on all jobsites and maintain accurate project documentation.

• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing timely updates and resolving any concerns professionally to maintain our "Next-Level Customer Care."

• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot construction and installation issues on the fly to keep projects moving forward without delays.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, designers, and office staff to ensure project specifications align with customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in construction management or production management is required. Specific experience in bathroom or residential remodeling is strongly preferred.

• Technical Skills: Ability to read construction plans and a deep understanding of the remodeling process (plumbing, tiling, and carpentry).

• Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors simultaneously.

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; you must be able to talk through technical issues with installers and provide "white-glove" service to homeowners.

• Organization: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with project management and scheduling software.

• Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
