We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized administrative professional to support shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is critical to maintaining accurate records, processing inbound/outbound orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between warehouse staff and customers.

This is not a general labor role — it is a systems-driven, administrative position inside a warehouse setting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process inbound shipments (receiving entries, item verification, documentation)
  • Create and manage outbound orders (pick/pack coordination, BOLs, labels)
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS systems
  • Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding shipment status
  • Audit data for accuracy (SKUs, quantities, lot tracking if applicable)
  • Handle exception management (shortages, damages, discrepancies)
  • Assist with reporting and daily operational summaries
  • Coordinate scheduling for inbound/outbound shipments

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail — accuracy is critical
  • Comfortable working in warehouse systems / software (WMS, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving admin experience
  • Experience with inventory systems or WMS platforms
  • Excel or data entry proficiency
  • Experience handling high-SKU or detail-heavy accounts is a plus
