Our client, a leading organization in public service support, is seeking a Service Desk professional to join their dedicated team. As a Service Desk team member, you will be instrumental in providing essential technical assistance and customer support to ensure seamless operations for the IHSS Program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative spirit, aligning well with the organization’s mission to serve and support the community effectively.

Location: Rancho Cordova, California

Pay Range: $19.50 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Assist callers with registration for the Telephonic Timesheet System and website
  • Guide users through password resets and troubleshooting basic technical issues
  • Support claims submissions, direct deposit setup, and garnishment status inquiries
  • Respond to general questions regarding timesheets, payment information, and system usage
  • Utilize multiple tools and systems within Windows environment to provide efficient support

  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and related tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple systems simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support others
