Supervisor - Restaurant Dunkin Donuts

Responsibilities:

* Ensures that all service and check control procedures are followed.
* Demonstrates a courteous and pleasant attitude to all our guests.
* Ensures sanitation compliance and guidelines.
* Supervises service and performance of all Food & Beverage service personnel.
* Responsible for station rotations.
* Resolves guest complaints.
* Participates in quarterly training and new hire training if applicable.
* Responsible for providing excellence in service and cleanliness.
* Responsible for maintaining all service standards.
* All other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

• Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

Target Salary Range:

• $20.00 Hourly
