Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

We are two parents of a baby boy (will be 18 months at start date). Dad and Mom will be working from home full time. We are looking for child care assistance full time for July and August. We would like someone with experience with toddlers who can provide developmentally appropriate activities with him, understanding or knowledge of Montessori is a plus (but not required). We have a friendly and energetic Australian shepherd, so must like dogs and we have two cats at home (but they mostly stay upstairs).
