Animal Care Needed

We are going away for about a month and need someone to take care of our 1. 5-year-old 65 pound dog. He is very friendly with kids, dogs, and cats. He is very chill in the house. He is trained not to go onto furniture or beds. He eats twice per day and goes on 3-4 walks per day. He normally is active from 8-10 a.m. then again from 5-9 p.m. otherwise sleeps a lot.
