Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an opportunity to make a lasting difference in students’ lives this summer as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experienced SLPs are invited to contribute their expertise in a supportive environment, working with elementary students during an Extended School Year (ESY) program. This contract position runs from July 6th through August 14th, 2026, with daytime hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 12:00 pm, totaling 14 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and individualized speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population
  • Design and implement treatment plans that address students’ unique communication needs and IEP goals
  • Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to monitor progress and adapt therapy approaches as necessary
  • Document all services, maintain records, and participate in family consultations as needed
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment that supports student growth and communication confidence

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid State SLP Licensure (or eligibility for licensure by program start date)
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting, particularly with ESY programs, preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
