Banquet & Catering Executive Chef
Location: Annapolis, MD Regional Area | Salary: Up to $100,000

We’re seeking an experienced Banquet & Catering Executive Chef to lead and elevate the culinary operations for our premier catering and event services in the Annapolis, MD regional area. What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all culinary operations for banquets and catering, ensuring exceptional quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Design and execute creative, seasonal menus tailored to a variety of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations.
- Lead, train, and inspire kitchen staff to maintain high performance, teamwork, and morale.
- Manage food preparation, inventory, and cost controls to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with event planners and clients to customize menus and deliver unforgettable culinary experiences.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Travel locally to event venues to oversee on-site culinary execution and ensure seamless service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Banquet Chef in a high-volume catering or banquet environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- A creative approach to menu development and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Expertise in food cost management and operational efficiency.
- Flexibility for local travel and a commitment to excellence in every detail.
