Bilingual Medical Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Plant City, FL

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Bilingual Medical Front Desk Receptionist for a busy medical office.

Schedule:
Monday - Thursday
7:15 AM - 6:00 PM

Travel:
Every 3rd week, will be required to travel to Wesley Chapel or Riverview locations.

Pay:
$19/hour

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance and patient information
• Maintain patient records using Athena EMR
• Assist patients in both English and Spanish
• Handle front desk administrative duties in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Previous medical front desk or receptionist experience preferred
• Experience with Athena EMR is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation for travel between office locations
