Sunbelt Staffing is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for multiple school-based openings in York, Pennsylvania. We are partnering with a local school district seeking dedicated clinicians who are passionate about helping students develop the communication skills they need to thrive both academically and socially.

With four full-time openings available across three school locations, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced SLPs, Clinical Fellows (CFs), and qualified speech professionals looking to make a meaningful impact in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities

As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in supporting students' communication development and educational success by:

 Conducting speech and language assessments
 Developing individualized treatment goals
 Participating in and contributing to IEP meetings
 Providing direct therapy services to students
 Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
 Monitoring student progress and maintaining documentation in compliance with district requirements

 Qualifications

 Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist License required
 Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate required
 Both certifications must be submitted with the resume
 Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply

 School district will accept CF candidates when agency supervision is provided
 Candidates with SLPA experience are encouraged to apply; however, Pennsylvania does not officially recognize the SLPA credential for this position
