Truss Builder (Production Worker) | $19/hr | Chehalis, WA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Position Overview:

• Join a long-established, family-owned manufacturer producing engineered wood floor and roof systems used in construction
• Work in a hands-on shop environment focused on teamwork, consistency, and quality craftsmanship
• Full-time, steady opportunity with long-term potential in a stable local manufacturing facility

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble wood trusses and joist systems using pre-cut materials, blueprints, and hand/power tools
• Measure, cut, and fasten wood and metal components to meet production and quality standards
• Inspect finished products, maintain a clean workspace, and follow all safety procedures
