Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a positive impact by supporting elementary students as a valued Speech-Language Pathologist. You'll work closely with students to develop communication skills that are essential for academic and social success.

We welcome both experienced clinicians (CCC-SLP) and recent graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). If you're a new grad, comprehensive supervision will guide your professional growth every step of the way.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current or pending Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in California
  • Open to CCC-SLPs and CFY candidates (supervision and mentorship provided)
  • Strong background or interest in pediatric speech therapy
  • Experience working in a school or pediatric healthcare setting is a plus
  • Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for elementary students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and therapy for students with speech and language needs
  • Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision (as applicable)
