Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We welcome both experienced clinicians (CCC-SLP) and recent graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). If you're a new grad, comprehensive supervision will guide your professional growth every step of the way.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current or pending Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in California
- Open to CCC-SLPs and CFY candidates (supervision and mentorship provided)
- Strong background or interest in pediatric speech therapy
- Experience working in a school or pediatric healthcare setting is a plus
- Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for elementary students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and therapy for students with speech and language needs
- Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision (as applicable)
