Pharmacist - Arvada, CO

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Staff Pharmacist position located in Arvada, CO, supporting a long-term care pharmacy facility. The role begins with a 4-week contract, with a possibility of extension beyond the initial period. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform final product verification, including PV1 (verifying order entry completed by technicians) and PV2 (verifying filled medications)
• Ensure accuracy and safety of medication dispensing in a long-term care setting
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other staff to maintain workflow efficiency

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Colorado Pharmacist License required
• Pharmacy experience in any practice setting
• Familiarity with Frameworks software preferred but not mandatory
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
