Schedule: Mon-Friday 9am-5:30pm shift.
Compensation: Starting at $19 per hour, commensurate with experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to play a crucial role in the production of high-quality screw machined parts and exquisite jewelry. In this temp-to-hire position, you will operate CNC machinery with precision, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Monitor production processes and perform quality checks to maintain high standards.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a CNC Operator
Familiarity with CNC machining processes and tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Basic understanding of machine programming is a plus.
