Shift: 1st shift 9 am - 5:30pm
Pay rate: $23/hr on W2.
Job Description:
We are hiring a Shipping Operator for a manufacturing environment in Acton, MA. This role involves labeling, repackaging boxes, material handling, kitting operations, and supporting warehouse/production activities.
Requirements:
- 1+ year warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred
- Able to stand, bend, and lift 30–50 lbs throughout shift
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Good English communication skills
- Forklift/pallet jack experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Labeling, packing, and material movement
- Kitting room support and inventory handling
- ERP transactions and documentation
- Maintain clean and safe work area
- Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed
