Retail Staff Pharmacist in Dublin, OH

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity highlights a skilled pharmacist role in a busy retail setting, supporting a dedicated team of pharmacy technicians and pharmacists. The position offers a contract-to-hire arrangement, working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, over a 13-week period with potential for direct hire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and verify prescription medications accurately within a high-volume retail environment, managing an inbound script load of 200-300 prescriptions daily.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of pharmacy technicians and pharmacists to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional patient service.
• Utilize Prime RX software for order entry and prescription processing.
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
• Provide knowledgeable and compassionate counseling to patients regarding medication use.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid pharmacist licensure with experience in retail pharmacy settings.
• Preferred experience with Prime RX pharmacy management software.
• Ohio pharmacy technician license is required for this role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
