Job Description
We are seeking skilled and reliable Assemblers to put together a variety of manufacturing materials. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values safety, and wants to grow their skills through cross-training on multiple stations.
Pay: $18-$20
Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Immediate need for experience with:
- Assembly
- Machine Operation
- Part Inspection
Key Responsibilities
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, tooling) for production runs
- Operate and adjust machine settings (speed, feed, etc.)
- Load raw materials and monitor machine performance
- Inspect finished parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues during operation
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Machines You May Operate
- Injection Mold Machin
- Press
- Manual Lathe
- Polisher
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with high-speed or precision machinery preferred
- Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained on multiple machines
- High school diploma or GED required (technical training a plus)
