Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Timekeeping & Payroll Administrator to ensure payroll accuracy and smooth timekeeping operations.
This role is responsible for reviewing caregiver timecards, verifying electronic visit (EVV) records and clock-ins, supporting payroll processing, resolving discrepancies, and communicating effectively with caregivers and office staff.

Key ResponsibilitiesTimekeeping
- Review and approve caregiver timesheets
- Audit EVV records and clock-in/clock-out activity
- Correct missed punches and incomplete shifts
- Verify visit documentation for payroll accuracy
- Track overtime, travel time, and mileage
- Resolve time discrepancies with caregivers and schedulers
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Prepare payroll data for processing
- Enter payroll adjustments
- Review payroll reports for accuracy
- Maintain payroll records and documentation
- Assist with payroll deadlines and submissions
- Coordinate with HR and accounting teams
- Respond to caregiver payroll inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges
- Professional and respectful demeanor when working with caregivers and staff
- High level of accountability and ownership of responsibilities
- Excellent attention to detail with a track record of accuracy and dependability
- Successful completion of a background check
- Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of caregiver overtime rules and labor compliance considerations
- Familiarity with Medicaid or similar billing processes
