Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity begins August 5, 2026, and continues through Thanksgiving break. As the dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll work on-site with a resource caseload, collaborating closely with school staff to address students’ unique needs and help them reach their IEP goals.
What You’ll Bring:
- Active Indiana state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) – this is required
- Experience in school-based settings or working with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive member of a multidisciplinary team
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students on the resource caseload
- Complete assessments, develop and implement therapy plans, and monitor progress toward IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state standards
- Collaborate with educators, interventionists, and families to support each student’s success
- Engage with school staff to ensure coordinated efforts in fostering students’ communication growth
- Exclusively manage resource caseload (self-contained caseloads are handled by separate clinicians)
- Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
