Plaintiff PI Attorney

A well established and fast growing plaintiff side personal injury law firm in Denver is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to manage meaningful cases from intake through resolution while advocating for injured clients and making a real impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters including auto accidents premises liability and negligence claims
  • Oversee cases from pre litigation through settlement or trial
  • Draft pleadings motions discovery requests and demand packages
  • Conduct depositions mediations and settlement negotiations
  • Communicate consistently with clients and provide strategic guidance
  • Collaborate with attorneys paralegals and support staff to achieve strong outcomes

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • Active Colorado bar license in good standing
  • Two or more years of personal injury or civil litigation experience
  • Strong negotiation advocacy and litigation skills
  • Client focused approach with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage deadlines independently in a fast paced environment
