Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Current and valid OH IS License required
- Previous experience working with high school students preferred
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Ability to craft individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and colleagues
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction tailored to each student’s abilities and goals
- Develop and monitor effective IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
- Offer guidance, encouragement, and advocacy for students with diverse learning needs
