Staff Pharmacist | Aurora, Colorado

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist at a long-term care pharmacy in Aurora, CO. This contract position begins immediately and lasts for 4 weeks, with the possibility of extension beyond the initial term.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing final product verification (PV1 and PV2)
  • PV1: Confirm accuracy of order entry completed by pharmacy technicians
  • PV2: Verify filled medications prior to distribution

Qualifications:

• Active, clear Colorado Pharmacist License
• Pharmacy experience in any setting is valued
• Familiarity with Frameworks software preferred but not required
• Candidates new to the profession are encouraged to apply
