Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a meaningful contract opportunity supporting young learners as a Speech Language Pathologist. In this role, you’ll cover a maternity leave spanning from the first day of school through November 25th. You’ll have the chance to work closely with pre-kindergarten students in both integrated and substantially separate classrooms, playing a pivotal role in their early development.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP-CCC certification
  • Prior experience in an educational setting strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) systems desired
  • Background in behavior management techniques appreciated
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language services to pre-K students in both integrated and sub-separate classroom settings
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to support student IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement strategies supporting communication and behavioral objectives
  • Maintain detailed session notes and documentation in accordance with school policy and professional standards
