Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as required
- Previous experience working in school settings is desirable
- Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for a varied caseload
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student-specific goals
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation of student evaluations and therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reporting
