School-Based Physical Therapist - Lawrence, Massachusetts

Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
• Willingness to obtain additional MA educational certifications if needed
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with educators and families
• Strong documentation and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored PT services to meet the needs of students in the educational setting
• Assess, plan, and implement therapy plans in accordance with each student’s IEP goals
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student access and participation
• Monitor and record student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans for students with physical needs
