Job Description
Adecco Staffing is working with a leading manufacturing company to bring on experienced Assemblers on a temp-to-hire basis. This company offers a clean work environment, strong training, and long-term growth opportunities.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm & 2:30pm-11:30pm
Pay: $22.00/hour 2nd shift $24.20/hour
Location: Bedford, MA
Job Duties:
· Assemble, disassemble, and perform production process steps on products
· Achieve quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
· Route finished products to designated locations
· Process accurate inventory transactions
· Perform routine inventory cycle counts
· Maintain 5S standards and an organized work area
· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
· Follow all company safety policies and procedures
· Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Requirements:
· Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Basic computer and inventory tracking skills preferred
· Strong attendance and reliability required
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.20 per hour
