Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact this summer by supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist during the Extended School Year (ESY) program. This rewarding contract opportunity runs from July 6th through August 14th, 2026, and offers a focused schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:30am–12:00pm, for a total of 14 hours per week.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Holds current SLP licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience working in school-based settings preferred
  • Familiarity with the unique needs of PreK–12 students
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capable of collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Comfortable adapting therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students in alignment with IEP goals
  • Evaluate, assess, and document student progress throughout the ESY session
  • Collaborate with educators, aides, and families to facilitate communication and support student success
  • Develop creative and engaging therapy materials for summer learning retention
  • Maintain thorough and timely records according to school and regulatory guidelines
