Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists seeking a rewarding contract position for the Extended School Year (ESY) near Lynn, MA. This summer program runs from July 6th through August 14th, 2026, operating Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 12:00pm, totaling 14 hours per week. You’ll work collaboratively to support students in their ongoing development, making a significant impact during the crucial summer months.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
  • Understanding of IEPs and ability to deliver tailored treatment plans
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to a range of elementary student needs
  • Conduct assessments and update individualized goals/progress as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
  • Assist in developing and delivering engaging, evidence-based interventions
