A well-established manufacturing company in Holland, MI is hiring multiple Fulfillment Associates for its 1st shift teams. If you're a hardworking, reliable individual with at least 6 months of manufacturing or warehouse experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Position Highlights:

• Pay: $17.00 per hour on 1st
• Schedule:
  
  1st Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm
• Type: Evaluation-to-hire (Contract-to-Hire)
• Location: Holland, Michigan

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform fulfillment and packaging duties on a fast-paced production line
• Consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Stand for 8-10 hours per shift
• Maintain strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Follow safety guidelines and quality standards

Requirements:

• 6+ months of recent manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong manual dexterity and visual acuity
• Must be punctual and dependable with excellent attendance
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
