Fulfillment Associate

Fulfillment Associate for Adecco at our local Customer, you will earn $20.43/hour and receive a weekly paycheck. Raleigh, NC!

Primary responsibilities include:
· Inspect incoming freight and packages for damage or discrepancies while maintaining accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
· Load, unload, stage, palletize, label, and organize raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse and receiving department.
· Prepare shipping documents including Bills of Lading and Packing Lists while coordinating outbound freight and tracking shipments through UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and MIS systems.
· Perform inventory control activities including cycle counts, physical inventories, stock reconciliation, and material handling operations.

Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED preferred.
· Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory control experience.
· Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
· Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, email systems, and warehouse management or MIS systems preferred.
· Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
· Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and maintain accurate records.
· Ability to follow safety procedures, standard operating procedures, and company policies.

Pay Details: $20.43 per hour
