Adecco Staffing is searching for a Production Analyst in Peabody! This is an administrative role with no sales.
Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday ON-SITE
Pay: $25-$30/hour DOE
Job Summary:
The Production Planner Analyst supports manufacturing operations by coordinating production plans, releasing work orders, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficient, on-time production. This entry-level role partners closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Materials teams to support day-to-day production activities, maintain data accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Support
Provide daily production support to ensure schedules align with capacity and material availability
Assist with resolving production issues related to scheduling, shortages, and priorities
Communicate with Production, Materials, and Purchasing teams to support execution of the production plan
Work Order (WO) Management
Create, release, and maintain work orders in the ERP/MRP system
Monitor work order status and support timely completion
Assist with investigating and resolving work order discrepancies
KPI Tracking & Reporting
Track and update production KPIs such as schedule adherence, on-time completion, and throughput
Support the preparation of routine production reports and dashboards
Maintain accurate data to support operational reviews and decision-making
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
Document procedures and processes to support standard work
Assist with maintaining planning data accuracy (BOMs, routings, lead times)
Support continuous improvement initiatives within production planning and operations

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and basic data analysis
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus
Willingness to document procedures and processes to support standard work and continuous improvement
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to a manufacturing or industrial environment
Familiarity with KPI reporting, data analysis, or continuous improvement concepts

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
