Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for our client in Aurora, Co. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and shipping customer orders while ensuring all documentation and processes are completed correctly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare orders for shipment to customers or internal departments
• Load and unload company trucks and common carrier deliveries
• Process shipments via UPS, LTL, and other carriers in accordance with customer requirements
• Verify order accuracy, including product quantities and descriptions, prior to shipment
• Complete and maintain shipping documentation, including invoices and Bills of Lading (BOL)
• Apply appropriate labeling, packaging, and shipping methods based on order specifications
• Ensure all shipments are properly insured and compliant with customer shipping instructions
• Organize and stage packaged orders by route for efficient dispatch
• Perform inventory counts and record total quantities on invoices
• Collaborate with team members and provide support across warehouse functions as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse environment
• Basic understanding of shipping processes (UPS, LTL, etc.) preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Team player with a strong work ethic and flexibility to support multiple tasks
