Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You’ll enjoy a consistent full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week for the academic year, beginning with an orientation on August 3, 2026. Your first day with students is August 6, 2026, and your assignment continues through May 27, 2027. Your placement will be matched to your professional strengths and interests, ensuring that you thrive in your role.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in Illinois or eligibility for licensure
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY; school-based SLP experience a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Dedication to supporting diverse students’ communication needs
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct SLP services and conduct comprehensive assessments
- Support students’ IEP goals, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and process improvement initiatives
- Utilize available testing materials and technology for efficient service delivery
