Maintenance Coordinator

Job Title: Maintenance Purchasing Coordinator
Location: Jerome, ID (onsite)
Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support maintenance and production operations by managing parts inventory, sourcing materials, and ensuring equipment availability. This role plays a critical part in minimizing downtime and supporting efficient plant operations.

What you will do:

• Monitor and maintain maintenance parts inventory levels
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to ensure timely availability of parts
• Source suppliers and evaluate cost, quality, and delivery options
• Order goods and services and track delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper labeling and storage
• Develop and manage materials planning based on production demand
• Serve as the primary link between maintenance staff and inventory/stockroom operations
• Submit and track purchase documentation in a timely manner
• Ensure overall inventory accuracy for maintenance materials

What we are looking for:

• Prior experience in maintenance coordination, inventory, or supply chain support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of inventory control and materials management practices
• Ability to work cross-functionally with maintenance and production teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in manufacturing or food production environments
• Familiarity with SAP, CMMS systems, or similar maintenance platforms
